Music Lessons
I offer private music lessons in my home studio in Guitar, Violin and Mandolin. In time it is my intent to offer downloads of Classical Guitar lessons from the Royal Conservatory Guitar Series, grades 1 through 8.
As a child, from age 5 to 14, I studied classical violin with TSO member Jack Montague. I received through him my grade 8, and later in life I studied and completed my grade 9. Although I am a self-taught mandolinist, I have had several professional positions playing the instrument, soloing and with Orchestra McGill for their 6 day Opera production of Mozart’s Don Giovanni. As an adult, I was accepted to McGill’s Performance program for classical guitar where I studied my undergrad with Professor Garry Antonio.
I was made an affiliate teacher of the Royal Conservatory in 2005, and my students receive high standing in my community’s music festival competitions and in their respective grade examinations for guitar and violin.
